At DuladSigns, we want every order to be produced accurately and according to the specifications approved by our customers. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, return and refund eligibility depends on the type of product ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DuladSigns is operated by DuLads Corp in Ontario, Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Custom and Personalized Signs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, cut-to-size, fabricated, or otherwise made-to-order products are generally final sale once production has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This includes products customized with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable artwork, spelling, dimensions, colours, quantities, and other specifications before production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ready-Made Products<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unused, non-customized ready-made products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers should contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order specifications, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After reviewing the issue, DuladSigns may, as appropriate, repair the product, provide replacement components, remake the affected product, or issue a partial or full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Order Cancellations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once design work, material cutting, fabrication, engraving, printing, customization, or other production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible or the refund may be reduced to account for work performed and materials committed to the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customer-Supplied Information and Artwork<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Customers are responsible for ensuring that information and artwork they provide are accurate and that they have permission or legal authority to use submitted logos, trademarks, images, designs, and other materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DuladSigns is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork or specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Colour and Material Variations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Colours displayed on screens may vary from the appearance of physical materials. Natural materials and some manufactured materials may also have normal variations in colour, texture, grain, finish, or appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reasonable variations of this nature are not considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Return Shipping<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unless a return results from an error by DuladSigns or a defective or damaged product for which DuladSigns accepts responsibility, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
