These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, quote requests, custom projects, and use of the DuladSigns website.
DuladSigns is operated by DuLads Corp, Ontario, Canada.
By placing an order, approving a quote, or authorizing production, you agree to the applicable terms below.
Products and Services
DuladSigns provides ready-made and custom signage products and related services.
Product colours, finishes, materials, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs, digital renderings, samples, or screen displays.
Quotes and Pricing
Custom project quotations are based on the information and specifications available when the quote is prepared.
Unless otherwise stated, a quote may be revised if the project scope, dimensions, materials, quantities, design requirements, installation requirements, delivery requirements, or other specifications change.
Applicable taxes and shipping, delivery, or installation charges may be added where required.
Custom Orders and Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable proofs, artwork, spelling, dimensions, quantities, colours, materials, and other specifications before approving production.
Once a customer approves a design or specification and production begins, changes may result in additional charges and may affect completion times.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By providing logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, designs, or other materials to DuladSigns, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorization for us to use those materials to complete your project.
DuladSigns is not responsible for claims resulting from materials supplied by a customer without appropriate authorization.
Payment
Payment may be required in full or in part before production begins, depending on the product or project.
Online card payments are processed through Moneris.
Orders and projects may be placed on hold until required payments are received.
Production Times
Production and completion estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Timing may be affected by material availability, design approvals, order changes, equipment issues, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping, Delivery and Pickup
Available shipping, delivery, or pickup options may vary according to the product, destination, dimensions, weight, and project requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Installation
Unless installation is specifically included in the order or quotation, products are supplied without installation.
Where DuladSigns provides installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the installation location and identifying relevant site conditions or restrictions before installation.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Custom and personalized products may become final sale once production has started, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DuladSigns and DuLads Corp will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, product availability, specifications, pricing, and other website information may change.
Obvious errors may be corrected when identified.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
